| Description | This Ibeda flame arrester is suitable for mounting on a pressure reducing valve. The use of an Ibeda flame arrester is not mandatory for an oxygen reduction valve. In some (especially large companies) the use of an Ibeda flame arrester on oxygen reduction valves is included in the company's company regulations. This Ibeda flame arrester contains a flame-extinguishing element (sintered bronze), a check valve and a fuse cartridge. Primary connection is a 3/8"r union with ball cone. The secondary connection is 3/8"r externally with a concave cone. The maximum allowable pressure for oxygen is 20 bar. Capacity at a pre-pressure of: 0.3 0.6 0.9 1.5 2.5 5.0 bar is 2.4 4.2 6.2 10.5 16.2 31.3 Nm3/hour Other common connections of oxygen reducing valves are: for American 9/16"r UNF and for most Western European countries 1/4" r. The Ibeda flame arrester meets the requirements of European Standard 730. |
